Osso opened its' doors in December 2007, its' aim - exciting food, big flavours, reasonable prices and happy customers. Ally McGrath had a long background of working in the best restaurants for some of the country's big hitters.
The aim remains the same, but we've come a long way since then, and the arrival of two Osso babies has brought a more relaxed feel to the kitchen. Ally and Helen bought out their business partners in March 2014, making it truly a family affair.
We love our staff - they are what makes us special. Ally has recently been joined in the kitchen by Stuart Smith, a talented young chef who trained at La Valle Blanche in Glasgow’s West End before spending time at the Horseshoe Inn and Loch Lomond Golf Club.
